Three Down...

Today was warm enough to do a quick check of the hives. Three colonies have bit the Dust. One box (Nuc#4) did not have a single be in it, and had been mostly robbed out of what had been a full hive. The other two (Nuc#1 and Nuc#5) had starved bees in it with plenty of stores on opposite ends of the hive. Both of the Warre hives were swarming with bees. Warre#2 feels a bit heavier than Warre#1, but the both feel in good shape. The hTBH has plenty of stores, but the bee population is dwindling to the point that I do not expect them to make it through the winter.
